PRE-PRINTING

Pre-Press is the planning & preliminary stage of packaging design project. This stage emphasizes on planning and designing of the desired packaging project. At this stage, we ensure that there is intensive planning which can eliminate unnecessary wastes in the production process. Pre-press equipment includes:

  • Desktop Publishing Units - Required to re-work the artwork as per printing standards.
  • Computer Aided Automatic Sample Maker - Generates prototype based on dimensions as per customer specifications.
  • Computer-To-Plate Making Unit (CTP) - Ensures best printing without dot loss.

PRINTING

Printing is the most crucial stage of the whole production process. This is the stage where actual printing on substrate occurs, which will be later converted to desired package.

Our printing machines are capable of printing up to 6 colors in single pass on conventional paper-board as well as non-porous substrates like Metalized Polyester film, PP & PVC.

With exercising of strict monitoring by quality personnel/s at this stage, colour output from our printing press are accurate and of desired quality.

POST PRINTING

Post-Printing is the stage where printed substrate goes through various value additions & finishes, before becoming a final package. Our array on post-press equipment includes:

  • Off-Line Aqua & UV Varnish Coater
  • Cold (Wet) Laminator
  • Hot (Dry/Thermal) Laminator
  • Foil Stamping Machine
  • Modern & Automatic Die Cutting Machine

  • Modern & Hi-Speed Folder Gluer capable of handling various formats
