Product Labels are very important to communicate critical product related information & are generally applied on primary packaging of the main content. Labels generally have very limited important information only.

Labels manufactured by us are offset printed or flexo-gravure printed, as required or specified by our customer or as determined by us depending upon several factors.

• Offset Sheetfed Labels (Non Adhesive)
• Offset Sheetfed Labels (With Adhesive)
• Flexo Printed Roll Labels (Pressure Sensitive)

• Base Substrate: Coated (One Side or Both Side), Chromo Paper
• Stock Weight: 70 GSM to 100 GSM
• Silicon Thickness: 60 GSM
• Substrate: PP
• PP Micron: 20-30 Micron
• Silicon Thickness: 60 GSM

Optional Print Finishes:

• Aqua Varnish, UV Varnish and Different textures with UV

Substrate Protection Options:

• Wet (Cold) or Dry (Hot) Lamination with BOPP Films (Gloss, Matt, Satin, etc.)

Special Effects Options:

• Hot Foil Stamping for highlighting Brand Name, Product Name, Images, etc.
• Spot UV Varnish on brand name, logo, etc.
